Wake up to the sound of birdsong... The sun shines warmly on the Gsies Valley, stretching far and wide amid lush greenery. Welcome to your farm holiday – the perfect place for the whole family.

We’ve been running our ancestral farm for many years as a family – with joy and passion. We look forward to meeting you and sharing exciting days together.

 

We are your host family:

Hannes … loves to be on the tractor. You’ll find him in the barn & on the field.
Tina …  You’ll find her in the house taking care of guests, or in the field.
Oma Walpurga …. is always wherever she’s needed. The garden is her domain.
Opa Bernhard …lovingly takes care of the animals on our alpine pasture & helps on the farm.
Melanie, Noah & Emmi our little whirlwinds, helping out wherever they can.

Price information & booking conditions
Tourist tax is charged separately: €3.00 for guests aged 14 and above.
Deposit: €200 per apartment is to be transferred within 2 days of booking. Booking is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.
Cancellation & arrival/departure conditions
For cancellations up to 60 days before arrival, the deposit is retained.
Arrival: Apartments are available from 2:00 p.m.
Departure: Please vacate by 9:30 a.m.
In case of late arrival, the full amount will be charged.

Our Farm

The cows graze contentedly in the meadow, the chickens cluck away, and our cat Rudi roams the yard cheekily. Our calves, rabbits, and goats are also excited to meet you – especially the little vacationers!

Whether you're helping on the farm or exploring the area, our delicious breakfast baskets give you the perfect start to your day!

Large basket with cold cuts & cheese: €60
 for 4 people
Small basket without cold cuts: €50
 for 4 people

How it works: Order your basket by noon the day before. We’ll deliver it to your apartment door at your desired time in the morning.

An idyllic spot with so much to explore. Obermarhof is the perfect starting point for your family holiday in the Gsies Valley. In spring, summer, and fall, enjoy relaxed hikes across alpine pastures or explore the valley by bike. In winter, the valley becomes a paradise for cross-country skiers, and the nearby Kronplatz promises world-class ski fun for the whole family.
